Really tasty! I used this in an Aeropress and it has great body, very rich but at the same time has a pleasant fruit-acid note as well. When using for filter coffee I would grind quite coarse so that the fermented notes can shine more. At medium-fine setting it was a little bitter.

I gave some beans to a friend to use for espresso (he has a Lelit MaraX espresso machine) and he said it is the best espresso he has tried on his machine so far!
