Miju
Alemayehu Daniel and his eleven brothers produce this outstanding, dry-processed coffee on their family plantation in southern Ethiopia. The coffee has an intense fruitiness which allows it to shine as flat white or filter coffee.

Description
We were overwhelmed by the warmth with which we were received by Alemayehu Daniel, his eleven brothers and their families. Since the summer of 2017, they have been solely responsible for managing the large farm that their father Daniel Miju had built years ago. Despite the hard work at 2050 m above sea level, they continue to focus on quality. The unwashed coffee is dried over several weeks and has an authentic taste with flavours that are typical of the region. Thanks to new coffee regulations, we can now purchase the coffee directly from Alemayehu’s farm.

This coffee is very pleasant indeed, lovely and fruity. I am very new to specialty coffee and I think for beginners like me this coffee is a great introduction to the world of specialty coffee. No overly strong flavours and not too rich or intimidating. Delicious!
