Los Nogales No. 112 Microlot
This coffee was developed by Oscar Hernandez in Huila, Colombia. He thermoshocked the beans to pasteurize them, after which the sugars were broken down. After depulping, Oscar fermented the beans for 120 hours while continuously adding the juice of the coffee cherry to it. Los Nogales No. 112 Microlot is a very fruity coffee with a taste reminiscent of lemongrass and peach. Despite its intense acidity, it is very sweet and is suitable for both filter coffee and espresso.
