We developed this project-coffee together with Oscar. The result is a “Single Variety” coffee that is completely chemical-free. The slightly lighter roast allows you to enjoy the full complexity of these beans – whether as a juicy espresso or balanced filter coffee.

Description
During our visit to Oscar in Pitalito back in autumn 2019, we exchanged exciting ideas about how to cultivate coffee organically in new ways. With our financial support and commitment to a purchase guarantee once developed, Oscar was able to test new cultivation methods with minimized risk. In the method he developed, agrochemicals were completely removed from the process and instead healthy, natural compost was used. In order to have sufficient compost available, <a href="https://vifoundation.ch/" target="_blank" >ViFOUNDATION</a> helped to finance a new composting plant on the farm. After roughly four years, the first beans have now arrived at our roastery in summer 2023. We are very pleased to offer you this special project coffee, Los Nogales PINK.
