The minimum order value for referred friends and advocates is CHF 60. Rewards are only granted for a new customer. Each discount code is valid for one use and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Once you place an order at the ViCAFE Online Shop, you’re automatically enrolled in our referral program. You can copy your unique referral link right after checkout or by logging in above.
Your friends must click your link and shop at vicafe.ch. The discount will automatically apply to eligible products at checkout. Alternatively, they can enter the code manually in the "Discount code" box.
Once your friend completes a valid purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming your reward.
To redeem it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your referral account and go to “Your Rewards” to view your available discount codes.
- Use your code at checkout depending on your order type:
For one-time purchases: Enter the code in the “Discount code” field at checkout.
For subscriptions: Log in to your account, go to “Manage Subscriptions”, and add the code in the discount section.
Note: Only one discount code can be used per order.
