His journey began as a Barista at Zurich's Goldbrunnenplatz, where his scientific curiosity drew him deep into the world of coffee. Today, he is the Head Roaster and reigning Swiss Roasting Champion 2026, pushing aromas to absolute perfection.

Sensory & ROASTING WORKSHOP (only DE)

Unlike our Home Barista course, we intentionally leave the portafilter machine aside.

This workshop is about the journey that comes before: green coffee theory, the impact of processing on flavor profiles, and, of course, the natural art of roasting coffee. Christoph takes you into the world of sensory analysis and shows you through intensive tastings (cuppings) how significantly different roast profiles shape the aroma.

Should you need to cancel or rebook your course, you can do so in writing or by callings us up to 14 days before the start date at no charge.

For cancellations made after this period, the following conditions apply:

Less than 7 days before the course: 50% of the course fee.

No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): 100% of the course fee.
