You'll get an insight into the basic theory behind coffee. What is a speciality coffee? What is the difference between Robusta and Arabica beans? How do you influence the taste of your espresso?
You will learn where and under what conditions our coffee grows, how it is processed and why it is important for us to know our supply and value chain down to the last detail.

In the practical part, you work on a La Marzocco. Our experienced coffee experts will guide you through the course - they have one mission: you will only drink excellent coffee.
You learn how to adjust the grinder and the grind to your coffee, to find your perfect extraction recipe and to foam whole or plant milk into a professional micro-foam.
