The combination of selected coffee beans from Brazil, Guatemala, India and Kenya ensures a consistent taste profile across all our Espresso Bars, which has been our trademark since ViCAFE’s inception in 2010. The gentle decafination with subcritical CO2 in Bremen ensures a decaf that we do not want to hide!

For our ViCAFE-Decaf we took our signature Hausmischung for a gentle decaffination with CO2 to Bremen in Germany. This coffee has a medium to high body and is best enjoyed as an Espresso or with milk as a Flat White.

Hausmischung Decaf

The ViCAFE house blend has been our flagship coffee in our ViCAFE espresso bars since 2010. It consists of carefully selected 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Guatemala, Kenya and India and offers an unmistakable, consistent taste profile.

The medium-dark roast ensures a pleasant sweetness without developing too strong roasted aromas.

For the Decaf version, we have decaffeinated the beans using a subcritical CO2 process. The result is a round coffee with notes of milk chocolate, caramel and nougat, which is perfect as an espresso or in milk drinks such as a flat white.
