In 2022, we met the group of young men from Yellikodige who are committed to reversing climate change in the Western Ghats. They are mobilizing young coffee farmers and introducing biodynamic farming methods.
At the heart of their philosophy is Demeter certification, which underlines their commitment to sustainable, biodynamic farming.
This method treats the farm as a living, self-sustaining organism. The more time we spent with them, the more we were convinced that they could achieve their goals and that we wanted to be part of their ambitious plan!
