Description

Our Latin American Blend was created in response to growing demand for Fairtrade and organic coffee. It brings together high-quality beans from dedicated farmers across Honduras, Brazil and Mexico.

We work with the Aprolma Women’s Association in Honduras, which supports women’s financial independence. In Brazil, we source from Coopfam’s MOBI project, helping women take active roles in coffee farming through their standout Café Feminino. In Mexico, smallholder farmers, many from Indigenous communities, come together through Fair Trade cooperatives to grow coffee and support each other.

This blend reflects our values of ethical sourcing and long-term partnerships, while offering rich, diverse flavors from across Latin America.

Discover freshly roasted, seasonal specialty coffee every two months.

The ViCAFE Coffee Discovery Subscription delivers a 350g bag of limited-edition, freshly roasted coffee to your door. Sourced for its unique flavour, origin, and story, each small lot is specialty grade and roasted in Zurich. These exclusive coffees are the same ones featured on the second grinder in our espresso bars — now available through our seasonal coffee subscription.

Perfect for curious coffee lovers who want to explore fresh, small-batch coffee from around the world — without the effort.

Coffee Discovery Subscription

The Latin American blend combines organic and certified Fairtrade coffee from Mexico, Honduras, and Brazil. This blend stands for partnership, social responsibility and the diversity of flavors found in Latin America.

In Honduras, Aprolma supports women on their path to financial independence. In Brazil, the MOBI project (Coopfam) advances legal equality and autonomy. And in Mexico, Ramal Santa Cruz and Ejidos San Fernando bring together indigenous smallholder farmers under the principles of fair trade.

We have been working with the women producers of the Aprolma Women's Association in Honduras, including Dona Irma, since 2016.

Bianca and Malte meet Dona Silvana in Brazil — a coffee producer in Coopfam's MOBI project.
