Hunkute
Hunkute is a coffee harvested from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. With its floral, sweet and lemon-like flavor profile, it is best prepared as a filter coffee. However, it has also impressed us to be enjoyed as a mild espresso or fruity cappuccino.

Description
2057 members now produce coffee for the two washing stations of the Hunkute cooperative. The cooperative is committed to sustainable coffee cultivation. There are a total of 9 female and 37 male agronomists who are dedicated and trained by the Sidamo Union to provide regular support and advice to the members on all things crop related. The Hunkute cooperative plays an important role for the people of the region, serving as an important source of income and employment.
