Description

For the enSoie blend, we roast coffees from the Aprolma Women's Association. We love their commitment towards women in the Honduran coffee sector. The Indian coffee represents the close relationship between the family-enterprise enSoie and the colorful crafts from India. We roast all coffees separately, so that the typical aromas of each coffee can be developed individually. The blend components beans are only blended shortly before packaging.

Coffee Blend Subscription

The enSoie coffee blend was developed in collaboration with Maison enSoie in Zurich. It consists of Arabica beans from Honduras, Brazil and India.

It consists of a balanced blend of 100% Arabica beans from Guatemala, Brazil and India.

With its lighter body and slightly less intensity, it is perfect for a longer cup of coffee and also delivers its full aroma in fully automatic machines.
