We developed this coffee specifically for the ViCAFE at Work channel. In addition to the terroir, the slightly darker roast reduces acidity and adds more body. This coffee is particularly well-suited for fully automatic machines. The beans are easy to work with and allow for the extraction of a sweet, well-rounded coffee with clear chocolate notes. Whether enjoyed with milk or black, this coffee is smooth and balanced—something many appreciate. The beans come from Campo das Vertentes, a region in Minas Gerais, Brazil, north of São Paulo. In a country dominated by agro-industrial farms, we prioritize working with small, sustainable farmers. That’s why we collaborate with carefully selected family farms, which we visit regularly.

Brazil Campo das Vertentes

The beans come from Campo das Vertentes, a region in Minas Gerais, Brazil, north of São Paulo. In a country dominated by agro-industrial farms, we prioritize working with small, sustainable farmers. That’s why we collaborate with carefully selected family farms, which we visit regularly.

One of our partners is Sancoffee, a B Corp-certified cooperative that supports inspiring female coffee farmers through its Nascentes program. Through this partnership, we’ve had the chance to meet incredible individuals like Raquel and Ana Carolina.

Raquel is a board member at Sancoffee and actively advocates for sustainable coffee production. Ana Carolina is in the process of taking over her father’s farm, bringing fresh energy and innovation to this traditional craft.

We were also deeply impressed by Miriam from Fazenda Cachoeira. As the President of Women in Coffee Brazil, she is passionately committed to empowering and connecting female coffee producers across Brazil.

A coffee break with Ana Carolina and the Sancoffee team, as well as conversations with Bianca and Miriam Aguiar at Fazenda Cachoeira, constantly remind us of the passion and dedication that go into every sip of this coffee.
