Since 2010, our Hausmischung (the name for our "House Blend") has been the heartbeat of ViCAFE. We asked ourselves: how can we pack this uncompromising taste experience into a bottle without compromising on quality so more people can enjoy specialty coffee?
That’s where our Head Roaster, Christoph Meier (whose also been named the Swiss Roasting Champion in 2026) came in. Developing a cold beverage is an art form in itself, as cool temperatures carry flavors differently than warmer ones. Christoph tailored the roasting process of our 100% Arabica beans (sourced from Brazil, Guatemala, Kenya, and India) with great precision to ensure the coffee retains its full intensity and flavour profile when bottled.
Finally, to bring this drink to the shelf, we teamed up with an experienced market leader in the Swiss ready-to-drink sector. Together, we’ve combined our art of roasting with top-tier expertise in cold extraction to bringing our ViCAFE Doppio and Single Espresso Milk drink to life.

We launched two distinct varieties, so everyone can find their perfect coffee moment:
Doppio Espresso & Milk
- Double shot of espresso with organic Swiss milk (lactose-free, and unsweetened). For those who love a pure, bold coffee flavor.
Single Espresso & Milk
- Single shot of espresso with organic Swiss milk (lightly sweetened). The perfect refreshment for any time of day.
