The San Jerónimo Miramar family farm is picturesquely situated on the flanks of the Atitlán volcano in Guatemala. The precision with which work is carried out on the farm and the family's joy in experimentation and innovative solutions is unparalleled.

For three generations, the family has run the farm with great attention to ecological sustainability and constant quality improvement. Thanks to a natural hydroelectric power plant and pioneering solutions such as integrated roya management, the coffee beans are grown in an environmentally friendly way.

Controlled fermentation and slow drying of the beans produce fruity, sweet aromas reminiscent of raspberry, tropical fruit and dark chocolate.
