Vivi Kola is a traditional Swiss beverage brand. We stand for honest drinks made from natural ingredients. Self-distributed and produced. With a big pinch of Vivi. Our own bottling plant in Eglisau guarantees the highest quality and authentic taste.

YOUR MISSION WITH US

As a Business Development Agent, you represent the Vivi Kola brand and are the driving force behind our growth. The market is your playground – you spend most of your time on the road, actively building new customer relationships, identifying potential locally and developing the market with innovative strategies. With your analytical understanding and strong communication skills, you ensure a strong market presence, increase volumes and position Vivi as an up-and-coming brand in the Swiss beverage trade.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market development: Expand brand presence by using cold calling and outbound techniques to increase demand for our products.

  • Customer management: Acquiring new customers in the HORECA sector, as well as managing and developing existing partnerships. Fostering long-term relationships.

  • Analysis & Planning: Identifying high-potential customers and developing targeted sales strategies.

  • Brand ambassador: Communicating the brand identity with enthusiasm and a convincing manner.

  • Organization: Efficiently maintaining customer data, creating reports and planning regional sales activities.

  • Teamwork: Sharing best practices and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • A strong sense of responsibility, strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented thinking and a structured way of working.
  • Assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • A passion for business development and sales in the consumer goods industry.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work in a results-oriented manner.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and continuously develop yourself further.
  • You are at home in the Zurich region and have a category B driver's license.
  • Your affinity for numbers is one of your strengths. You work confidently with KPIs and data analysis to optimize sales strategies based on data.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
  • You recently completed your bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) (max. 3 years)
  • You are fluent in German and English and French is an advantage.
