Grown on the volcanic slopes above Lake Atitlán, this naturally processed Ruiru 11 from Finca Pampojilá is a rare find. The Kenyan variety is best known for sweet washed coffees, making its expression in Guatemalan terroir particularly interesting. Our team discovered this lot during a recent cupping trip and was immediately drawn to its vibrant acidity, complexity and sweet finish.
