Hacienda Santa Rosa Buenos Aires. Since 2014, Gustavo Alfaro leads the Hacienda Santa Rosa Buenos Aires fourth generation. On a beautiful, steep hillside, on one of the highest lots of his hacienda, grows and matures an exceptionally sweet and fruity coffee cherry. Gustavo cares for them with the outmost passion, care and absolute specialist knowledge. Gustavo’s goal is a sustainable and holistic management of his farm. For this reason, economic, ecological and social aspects play an equally important role. It is particularly worth mentioning that the entire processing plant is run on hydropower, produced from the farms own source.
