San Jerónimo Manchamé is a fruity coffee with an exciting history: The name Manchamé is a tribute to the coffee farmer Francisco Manchamé. He develop this robust variety in several selection cycles in the 1980s. The Bressani family continues this tradition: the work at Finca San Jeronimo is characterized by experimentation and innovation in order to achieve the highest possible quality and to develop a sustainable way of coffee farming. The San Jerónimo Manchamé has a pronounced sweetness with notes of dried fruits.
