Second generation coffee producer Gustavo Alfaro runs the farm Hacienda Santa Rosa Buenos Aires since 2014. The coffee cherries that are produced here are exceptionally sweet and fruity. They develop in one of the estate’s highest coffee fields on a scenic, steep slope. Gustavo cultivates his coffee with the utmost passion, care and expertise. He strives for sustainable agricultural practices and a holistic farm management. That pays equal attention to the economic, ecological, and social dimension of his farm. It is particularly worth noting that Gustavo’s processing plant is fully operated by hydropower from the farm’s very own water source.
