We developed the enSoie coffee blend together with Maison enSoie, a super creative fashion and craft label from Zurich. The carefully selected Arabica beans are sourced from Honduras, Brazil and India. The cup shows nice hazelnut and bitter chocolate flavors. The perfect partner for an extended breakfast in the morning sun. Available in our Online Shop and Espresso Bars as whole bean product or ground for the moka pot (Bialetti).

For the enSoie blend, we roast coffees from the Aprolma Cooperative. We love their commitment towards women in the Honduran coffee sector. The Indian coffee represents the close relationship between the family-enterprise enSoie and the colorful crafts from India. We roast all coffees separately, so that the typical aromas of each coffee can be developed individually. The blend components beans are only blended shortly before packaging.
